Powerpoint is not a teleprompter.
A slide deck is a crutch.

Before I create a slide deck, I write out the story I want to tell. A written narrative forces better thinking. Plus it helps me spot potential objections. When I get to the slides, I follow the 10-20-30 rule for presentations by Guy Kawasaki: 10 minutes. 20 slides. No font smaller than 30point.
The last rule is important. Instead of cramming as much information as possible on the slide, put just enough information to get your point across. A good rule of thumb: No more than 6 objects per slide. Someone even advised me to use no more than 5 words per slide.
I'm creating some decks for the Agent Blueprint. Since these decks are more sales-y, it gives me more visual freedom. deck.gallery is my go-to for deck inspiration.
P.S. A slide deck is a crutch. Learn to present without it.
