I want AI to replace me.

Automate busywork, not creativity.

I want AI to replace the part of me that does busywork. I don’t want to fill out forms, log timesheets, or schedule calendars. I don’t want to spend brainpower on tasks that require very little of it. I want AI to give me back more time to do things I’m good at.

How? Delegation.

Delegation is the ultimate productivity hack. Replace yourself so you can do more.

So how do you delegate to AI? It’s actually similar to delegating work to people.

  1. OBSERVE. Document your work. Because if you don’t know how you work, step by step, you can’t be replaced. That knowledge is trapped in your brain. You want to replace yourself so you can scale.
  2. OPTIMIZE. Identify the parts of your work that can automated or given to others. The key is to figure out what parts of your work feel like a grind.
  3. OUTSOURCE. AI takes over most (or all) of your workflow. You’ll still need to check its work, but you are freed up to tackle bigger and better things.

I’ve created an Agent Blueprint that does steps 1 and 2, and sets you up to successfully replace the tedious parts of your work in step 3. DM me if you’re interested in learning more.

P.S. I love the term ‘Agent Experience (AX)’. AX about creating good experiences for AI agents to help humans achieve their goals. But nobody knows what AX is. If I explain AX to you, there’s a mental hurdle you have to cross before you understand its value. And hurdles = harder sell. An ‘Agent Blueprint’ feels more tangible. That said, I’m still going to make AX a thing.

P.P.S. A friend of mine hates the idea of outsourcing work to AI. I respect this skepticism against all the AI hype. My counter is that there’s little value in corporate drone work, and work itself must be transformed in the age of AI. I’ll expand on this soon.
